Your valet will meet you outside our facility at 9420 River St. Schiller Park, IL 60176. The valet rides with you to your departure airline, it's a 5-7 minute ride on average. (Our valets are insured for injury in the event of an incident. We do not insure passengers.)

Your vehicle is driven to our lot and parked in our secure parking facility. Our lot is 2 miles from O'Hare.

ARRIVAL
Text us when you land and your valet will have your car ready to deliver outside baggage claim. We will help you load up. Hop in and head out, the valet gets their own ride back to our facility.
Where do I meet my valet?
Your valet will meet you outside our facility at 9420 River St. Schiller Park, IL 60176 (2 Miles from O'Hare)
What if there's no room for the valet on departure?
Families with a full car on departure will need to drop one parent and the kids at the terminal. The other parent drives back to our lot, picks up a valet and is back to the terminal in 15-20 minutes.
How do I get my car at arrivals?
Once you have all your bags, text your valet and they will bring your car to the third lane out at arrivals. You leave directly from O'Hare, our valet gets their own ride back to our facility.
Where is my car parked?
Our parking facility is located 2 miles from O'Hare airport. We have indoor and outdoor parking. Our lot is fenced, lit, and staffed 24hrs a day.
Is the Indoor Parking climate controlled?
Yes, our garage is fully enclosed and kept at a minimum of 45-50 derees during the Winter.
Are you open 24 hours?
Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
What if I run late to the airport?
Send a text to your valet if you're running early or late.
What if my flight is delayed?
Not to worry, a valet will be available until you're ready despite any delays. If possible please let us know if you're plane is delayed or if you change flights.
Do you have EV charging?
Yes, we can charge Teslas on our Nema 50 chargers, and other EV's can be charged with your vehicles wall outlet adapter. To schedule charging select Indoor Parking and EV Charging from the wash and services menu when reserving.
Can I book less than 8 hours out?
Sometimes……Please call us at 847-892-1242 to check!
Should I tip my valet?
Tipping is not required but it is appreciated!
How do I cancel a reservation?
Please email support@oharepersonalvalet.com to cancel. Reservations are fully refundable up to 24 hours before your meeting time.
Is the service insured?
By state law OPV is not required to provide additional insurance for your vehicle. Your vehicles insurance is primary. OPV will provide deductible coverage and temporary vehicle replacement coverage in the event of an incident. All OPV valets are insured by OPV for bodily injury. If your vehicle is not currently insured please refrain from parking with us.
